Heat Athletica – Returns Policy
We’re confident you’ll love your new Heat Athletica pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item(s) within our return window and a store credit will be issued for all eligible returns. Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference.
Returns Summary
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- All approved returns are issued as store credit
- Refunds are only provided for confirmed manufacturing faults
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and packaging intact
- Items must be returned clean and free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks, perfumes, odours, pet hair, lint, or fluff
- Items returned in unsuitable condition will not be accepted
- Clearance items, socks, hats, and gift cards cannot be returned
We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your item isn’t quite right, you may return it for store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase or exchange.
Refunds are only issued for items confirmed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, defect, or damage that occurred prior to delivery. All items will be assessed by our team.
Please note: issues resulting from normal wear, misuse, washing, improper care, or general wear and tear are not considered manufacturing faults.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached and packaging intact
- Free from deodorant marks, makeup stains, fake tan, lint, pet hair, or odours
- Neatly folded and returned as received
Try-On Care
Please try on items with care.
Avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, deodorant, body lotions, or other cosmetic products when trying on garments, as marked items cannot be accepted.
We recommend trying items on before applying any cosmetic products.
Items must not show signs of being worn for activity, exercise, or extended wear.
Ineligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted if an item is in a non-saleable condition.
This includes items that:
- Show signs of wear or washing
- Have staining (makeup, fake tan, etc.)
- Have strong odours (perfume, smoke, sweat)
- Contain excessive pet hair, lint, or fluff
If a return is deemed ineligible, it will not be accepted and store credit will not be issued.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand this policy before purchasing.
Heat Athletica reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
If Your Return Is Not Accepted
If your return does not meet our policy, you will be notified via email.
You will have 7 business days to choose:
- Return of the item at your cost, or
- Donation of the item on your behalf
If no response is received within 7 business days, the item will be donated.
We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain high quality standards for all Heat Athletica customers.

During peak periods (including sales events), please allow an additional 2–4 business days for store credits to be processed after delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed via store credit.
Once your return is approved, you can use your credit to place a new order.
- Return shipping: Customer responsibility
- Lost returns: Heat Athletica is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
Discount Codes & Promotions
Orders placed using discount codes or promotions are still eligible for return if they meet policy requirements.
Returns will be issued as store credit only.
Store credit will reflect the amount paid after discounts (not original retail price).
Discount codes cannot be reissued once used.
Sale & Clearance Items
- Items discounted 30% or less: eligible for store credit returns
- Items discounted over 30%: final sale
These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty Items
Please check your order upon arrival.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately:
- Faults must be reported within 30 days
- Confirmed faults will receive a replacement or refund
- Return shipping will be covered
After 30 days, faults are considered wear and tear.
Crease lines from transit are normal and will resolve after washing or steaming.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Socks
- Hats
- Clearance items
